PanImmersive Privacy Policy
Effective July 13, 2026. Applies to the PanImmersive visionOS app and the PanImmersive Capture iOS app.
The short version
Your panoramas, recordings, and scenes stay on your device and in your own iCloud Drive. We run no servers, we have no accounts, and we cannot see your content. No tracking, no ads, no analytics, no sale of data.
What is stored, and where
Panoramas you capture or import, ambient recordings, and scene metadata are stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud Drive, in your personal iCloud storage. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party by the app.
Prompt-a-Scape soundscape generation
When you type a description and tap Generate, that text description is sent to our audio generation provider (ElevenLabs) to create the soundscape, and the generated audio is returned to your device. Nothing else is sent. If you speak a prompt, your voice is transcribed on your device; the audio of your voice is never sent anywhere.
Microphone, photos, and location
Microphone recordings and photo library selections are processed and stored on-device only. Location is optional, chosen per capture, and stored only inside your own scene files so your scenes can remember where they were made.
Accounts, tracking, and third parties
- No accounts and no sign-in.
- No advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party trackers.
- No data is sold or shared for marketing.
- Crash reports reach us only through Apple's built-in, opt-in crash reporting.
Data deletion
Deleting a scene in the app, or deleting the app, removes its data from your device. Content you placed in your own iCloud Drive is under your control in the Files app. Since we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing further for us to delete.
Children
PanImmersive is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
